For those planning to attend the GMEA In-Service Conference at The Classic Center from January 30 through February 1, 2025, it is crucial to ensure you meet the membership requirements and adhere to registration deadlines to secure your spot. Early registration is not only a smart financial choice but also ensures you avoid any last-minute hassles.
Members of GMEA/NAfME can enjoy an 'Early Bird' registration rate of $135, provided their registration is completed by January 14, 2025, for check payments, or by January 21, 2025, for credit card payments. Retired members are eligible for complimentary registration with a current NAfME membership. Spouses can register at a reduced rate, and CNAfME members enjoy a highly discounted rate.
Regular registration kicks in post the early bird deadlines, offering prices slightly increased to $155 for members. Payments can be made via personal, school, or booster checks, or money orders. It's important to note that GMEA does not accept non-member checks or purchase orders. Credit card payers must wait for their 'Badge is Ready' email before proceeding to the badge pick-up at the conference venue. Remember, planning your registration effectively can lead to a smoother conference experience.
