CFME is the facility management and commercial property section of Hotel & Shop Plus, held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Pudong, Shanghai. The 2027 edition runs30 March - 2 April 2027: 30 March - 1 April from 09:00 to 18:00 and 2 April from 09:00 to 15:00.

CFME draws on the resources of Hotel & Shop Plus to bring together property managers, real estate developers, investors and owners of office, retail and public commercial space, building an upstream-downstream chain across the property industry. A programme of more than ten on-site forums accompanies the show floor, including the Shanghai International Facility Management Forum, where speakers from leading property companies and industry associations discuss asset management, digital operations and service upgrading.
장소 및 접근
Shanghai New International Expo Centre, 2345 Longyang Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The venue is served by Metro Line 7 (Huamu Road) and Line 2 (Longyang Road). Visitor registration is free via the organiser's website. The show is organised by Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd. together with ISSA, the China Commerce Association for General Merchandise and the China Tourist Hotel Association.
