Vietfood & Beverage - Propack Vietnam 2027returns to Ho Chi Minh City with the 31st International Exhibition on Food & Beverage and the International Exhibition on Food Processing, Packaging Technology & Equipment. The show runs12-14 August 2027 Russell House, 1400 Greene Street, Columbia, SC 29208Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), 799 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, with exhibition hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Organised by VINEXAD National Trade Fair & Advertising JSC in partnership with the Food and Foodstuff Association of Ho Chi Minh City (FFA) and the Vietnam Beer, Alcohol and Beverage Association (VBA), and supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, the exhibition has been held annually in Vietnam since 1996. The last edition drew around 25,000 square metres of exhibition space, roughly 1,400 booths and more than 1,000 exhibitors from over 20 countries and territories.
The Food & Beverage segment covers food and agricultural and aqua-sea products, beverages, nutrition and pharmaceutical food, materials and ingredients. The co-located ProPack segment covers food processing and packaging machines and equipment, food preservation and franchise solutions. Business matching, sector seminars held with the Vietnam Packaging Association (VINPAS) and the Vietnam Food Science and Technology Association (VAFOST), and a dedicated exhibition programme give buyers and exhibitors direct access to the regional food and beverage supply chain.
A separate Vietfood & Beverage - ProPack edition is held in Hanoi in November 2026.
