BATTERY JAPAN - About the Show 2027
BATTERY JAPAN is the International Rechargeable Battery Expo, a specialist trade show held as part of SMART ENERGY WEEK and organised by RX Japan. It gathers a broad range of technologies, components, materials and devices used in the development and production of rechargeable batteries, reflecting the role of battery technology in reaching carbon neutrality through renewable energy and electric vehicles. The show runs as three editions each year: the Tokyo Spring edition at Tokyo Big Sight, the Tokyo Autumn edition at Makuhari Messe and the Osaka edition at INTEX Osaka, all held concurrently with the wider SMART ENERGY WEEK shows. Exhibitors and visitors come from across the global battery, energy storage, materials and manufacturing supply chain. The next Tokyo Spring edition runs March 24-26, 2027 at Tokyo Big Sight.
