Foodist Istanbul International Food & Beverage Exhibition 2027
Foodist Istanbul International Food & Beverage Products Exhibition returns to the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul for its next edition, 1-4 September 2027. Organized by Tuyap Fairs Group with ALZ Fair under the umbrella of the Turkish Food Platform (TFP), the show brings together food and beverage manufacturers, importers, exporters, wholesaler and retail-chain buyers, and HoReCa purchasing managers for a four-day B2B trade programme. Exhibitor sectors include staple and canned foods, beverages, legumes and bakery products, frozen and ready-to-eat products, meat, poultry and seafood, dairy, chocolate and confectionery, nuts, organic and healthy products, food safety, hygiene, quality control, cold-chain systems and equipment, fresh fruit and vegetables, plus non-food products and additives and store or market equipment. The international buyer delegation programme hosts more than 1,000 qualified buyers from over 100 countries, and the accompanying Foodist Forum and Show Kitchen programme features 25 sessions with 76 speakers and chefs. Visiting hours are 10:00-18:00 on 1-3 September and 10:00-17:00 on 4 September 2027.
