NEPCON JAPAN is Asia's leading exhibition for electronics R&D, manufacturing and packaging technology, organised by RX Japan GK. The 41st edition, NEPCON JAPAN 2027, is held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday 17 to Friday 19 February 2027, with opening hours 10:00-17:00 (JST) on all three days. The Tokyo show combines eight specialised exhibitions under one roof: INTERNEPCON JAPAN, ELECTROTEST JAPAN, IC & SENSOR PACKAGING EXPO, ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS & MATERIALS EXPO, PWB EXPO, FINE PROCESS TECHNOLOGY EXPO, Power Device and Module Expo, and EMS & ODM EXPO. The 2027 show is expected to host 1,800 exhibitors and 88,000 visitors, alongside a technical conference programme curated by industry committee members. Exhibitor fields include electronics manufacturing, testing and inspection equipment, packaging, printed wiring boards, power devices, semiconductor assembly, industrial control, factory automation, medical devices and mobile communications.
