175th Ashland County Fair

20–26 September 2026(Sunday–Saturday) at Ashland County Fairgrounds, 2042 Claremont Avenue, Ashland, Ohio 44805.

The Ashland County Agricultural Society’s 175th annual county fair — livestock shows, junior fair auction, harness racing, carnival rides, and grandstand entertainment.

  • Daily gate: $5 (ages 10 and under free)
  • Membership ticket (Ashland County residents) or season ticket (non-residents): $25
  • Monday 21 September — Veteran’s Day: free entry with ID; free veteran meal 12:00–18:00
  • Tuesday 22 September — Senior Citizen’s Day: ages 65+ $1
  • Wednesday 23 September — Ladies Day
  • Friday 25 September — Youth Day (discounted ride tickets)

Office hours (non-fair): Monday–Friday 09:00–16:00. Gate hours are not published as a single daily span — do not treat office hours as fair hours. Midway (Bates Bros.): Sunday 13:00–22:00; Monday–Thursday 15:00–22:00; Friday–Saturday 13:00–22:00 (weather permitting).

Grandstand (2026)

  • Sunday 20 September: Parade of Bands 14:00 (free); OSTPA tractor pull 18:30
  • Monday 21 September: harness racing (pari-mutuel) 12:00 and 18:00; weiner dog races 16:30
  • Tuesday 22 September: Gary Allan concert 19:30 (concert ticket plus $5 fair admission)
  • Wednesday 23 September: Diamond J Rodeo 19:00
  • Thursday 24 September: motocross 18:00
  • Friday 25 September: stock tractor pull 16:30
  • Saturday 26 September: open draft horse & pony hitch show 10:00 (free); demolition derby 18:00

Junior Fair livestock auction Friday 25 September in the Coliseum; Sale of Champions 08:30. Opening ceremonies Sunday 20 September 12:00 at the Pavilion.
