NEXT is a freshly curated foodservice and hospitality trade expo for Western Canada, staged at the BMO Centre in Stampede Park, Calgary, Alberta. The 2027 edition runs Sunday September 12 and Monday September 13, 2027, open 10am to 4pm on both days.
